FBR Series

This is a single or combined stroke-turn mechanical component, specially designed to achieve linear or rotary movement. It consists of a ball spline nut and ball screw nut, a spline shaft and a retainer with a ball retention cage, both with a rotating flange. Extremely precise linear movement can be achieved with the recirculation of the balls between the spline shaft the spline nut.

The angular contact of the balls allows them to withstand radial loads and torques (torsion and bending). Thanks to the support bearings, both on the nut and on the ballscrew, the mechanism is extremely precise and compact and the limited moment of inertia ensures lightness. The support bearings are particularly stiff to withstand high moments.
