QR Series

(1) Smooth movement. In standard linear guideways, rolling elements on the load side of the guide block begin rolling and push their way through the ball track. When they come into contact other rolling elements they create counter-rotational friction. This results in a great variation of rolling resistance. QR linear guideways with SynchMotion^TM technology prevent this condition. When the block starts to move, the rolling elements start to rotate consecutively and remain separated to avoid contact with each other, thus keeping the kinetic energy of the element extremely stable in order to effectively reduce fluctuations in rolling resistance.

(2) Quiet design. With SynchMotionn^TM technology, rolling elements are interposed between the SynchMotionn^TM partitions to improve recirculation. By eliminating the contact between the rolling elements, collision noise and sound levels are greatly reduced.

(3) Super high load capacity in the linear guideway; with the four rows of rollers arranged at a contact angle of 45 degrees, the QR series linear guideway has equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions. The QR series has a higher load capacity in a smaller size than conventional, ball-type linear guideways.

(4) The QR series is a type of linear guideway that uses rollers as the rolling elements.
Elastic deformation of the linear contact surface during load is greatly reduced thereby offering greater stiffness and higher load capacities in all 4 load directions.
