Robot with external axes

This plug-and-play solution allows you to provide a robot with 7, 8 or 9 axes fully integrated from a mechanical, electronic and software point of view.

You can choose between Robot SCARA or Anthropomorphic, Linear Axis Screw, Belt or linear motor with drive and servo motors.

The addition of external axes allows you to cover a larger working area with direct control from the Teach Pendant without additional packages or programming languages. The external axes can be controlled both in synchronous mode, thus operating simultaneously with the internal ones, and asynchronous, thus moving independently of the internal axes.

The service includes design, sizing and technical support for commissioning.

HRSS is the Hiwin robot control software, with a modern, intuitive and flexible programming and setup interface; the HRSS Offline version is also available, which can be run on PC. HRSim simulation software is available free of charge, allowing you to program offline by importing the robot layout and tool into the simulated CAD environment.
